How did your career path lead you to GoldenWolf?
Going into the summer of my senior year in college, I was looking for an IT internship, and happened to find one here. After graduating, they offered me a full-time support role and that led me to where I am today.

What does the typical workday look like for you?
Resolving employees’ support tickets, continuing to build and improve the GoldenWolf Support website, and managing equipment inventory.

What is your favorite aspect about your job?
Being at GoldenWolf. The employees here are great, and there is a great company culture here.

What is the most challenging part of your job?
Quickly getting to the bottom of complex, out-of-left-field issues. It is tough, but fun to do.

What is one piece of advice you would give to yourself starting in this role for the first time?
You chose this job wisely.

Outside of work, what activities or hobbies do you enjoy?
I love going on long walks and throwing around a football.

What is your favorite song?
“Don’t Panic” by Coldplay. It’s one of the best alternative rock songs of the last 30 years. It’s powerfully subtle.
