Sabrina earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University, and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and her Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park. Her experience as a retired Civil Engineering Corps Officer in the U.S. Navy provides the robust experience and background needed to understand and provide solutions for our clients’ challenges. Sabrina brings an unmatched analytical approach and effective strategic planning concepts to all GoldenWolf’s projects. She has continuously proven to be an invaluable asset to our clients and partners. Ryan Bredahl Chief Executive Officer/Owner Ryan Bredahl Ryan Bredahl partnered with Sabrina after GoldenWolf’s first year in business and together they have grown the company to where it is today. Ryan strives to lead by example and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. On active duty, Ryan served as a Surface Warfare Officer before transitioning to a civilian career in facilities asset management. Ryan and Sabrina’s vision for GoldenWolf is a trusted advisor for their clients; assisting in real property portfolio strategy, management, and analytics. Ryan is distinguished by his ability to develop customized and effective solutions to complex asset management challenges. Steve Bertolaccini Chief Operations Officer Steve Bertolaccini Steve brings 30 years of deep acquisition, program, construction and facility management experience to GoldenWolf as Chief Operations Officer. He has been a leader and manager across a multitude of government programs including Product Manager of a $1.2 billion CBRN Installation Protection Program; Director of Construction Management for a $674 million recapitalization program; Director of Public Works for over $1 billion in facilities at the National Center for Energetics; and team lead supporting $250M/annum biological threat reduction program. Steve’s analytical and problem-solving skills; operational expertise; and interpersonal, leadership and management abilities allow him to build the right team of people to deliver the right solutions to our clients at the right time. Jennifer Harris Chief of Staff Jennifer Harris Kaitlyn Rupard Chief Financial Officer Kaitlyn Rupard As Chief Financial Officer, Kaitlyn manages all aspects of GoldenWolf’s accounting and financial operations, including financial planning, process management, projections, cash management, risk mitigation, and audit preparedness. Her expertise is invaluable to our operations and she plays a key role in our proposal pricing process. Kaitlyn’s keen eye and analytical skills help ensure the advancement of GoldenWolf’s business position. Kaitlyn started out at a regional public accounting firm working on financial audits, pension plan audits, tax preparation, planning and consulting. She later honed her skills as both a senior accountant and controller. She was a key member of financial teams that advised a full spectrum of businesses – small, medium, multi-state, multi-national corporations. This level of insight has allowed her to guide GoldenWolf as we continue to grow and evolve into the future. Kaitlyn is a graduate of Towson University. She lives in Maryland with her family. Stephanie Andre Director of Marketing Stephanie Andre In her role as Director of Marketing for GoldenWolf, Stephanie uses her 20-plus years of experience in brand awareness and promotion, strategic planning and execution, content curation/creation, and executive management to lead the company’s marketing initiatives and serve in a key role in business development. A b2b marketing expert, Stephanie directs, creates, and executes on all initiatives related to the company’s digital and print footprint — including web presence, social media platforms, and key deliverables for both current and future clients alike. Type A and a bit of an extrovert, she takes pride in her ability to understand people and build long-lasting business relationships, which positions her well as a key voice in the buildout of the company’s strategic endeavors. A graduate of Florida State University, Stephanie also leads the company’s nationwide community service programs and initiatives. Nichole Earlywine Director of Professional Services Nichole Earlywine As the Director of Professional Services for GoldenWolf, Nichole has extensive experience managing healthcare facilities and support service projects for Military Health System (MHS), including more than 12 years of direct work with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Nichole holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has utilized her knowledge in leadership and management to procure and provide oversight on several multimillion-dollar contracts with many ongoing simultaneous projects, including two $220M shared capacity five-year IDIQ contracts. Nichole’s experience and dedication to providing superior support has made her a trusted consultant to military treatment facilities and staff across the United States. Chris Flowers Director of Asset Management Chris Flowers In his role as Director of Asset Management, Chris assists the DHA Facilities Enterprise with strategic policy support and asset management services and implementation of the congressionally mandated restructuring of the Military Health System. He also manages multiple contracts for NOAA, consisting of BUILDER assessments and Fisheries Facility portfolio review where GoldenWolf is recommending various policies, procedures, analytics, dashboards, and a more efficient organization structure. Chris also manages contracts with NAVFAC in which GoldenWolf is providing category management analysis of CNIC facilities services contracts to recommend more economical and efficient contract structures. Previously, he was the DHA BUILDER liaison and BUILDER program manager responsible for assisting and coordinating the implementation of BUILDER across the three services Army, Air Force and Navy for 63M SF of healthcare and laboratory facilities. Heather Lisenbee Director of Talent and Culture Heather Lisenbee As the Director of Talent and Culture, Heather has over 25 years of experience in human resources, operations, and project management. She has managed multimillion-dollar initial-outfitting projects as well as medical facilities support activities for all branches of the Department of Defense. Heather’s extensive background in human resource management, coupled with her exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, has resulted in a proven pattern of success in building relationships and fostering a culture of collaboration. In addition to a Bachelor of Science in Management/Human Resources from Park University, she’s earned a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University, as well as a Master of Arts in Procurement and Acquisition. A highly accomplished United States Air Force veteran, Heather also holds a graduate certificate in Government Contracting from Webster University, in addition to certifications in Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Material and Resources Professional (CMRP). Michael Mahaffey Director of Information Technology/Information Security Michael Mahaffey In his role as Director of Information Technology/Information Security, Michael oversees the GoldenWolf IT department, assisting with technical operation activities. Utilizing over 20 years of medical logistics experience, Michael has provided a customized approach to data quality automation and processes for previous BUILDER assessment contracts and has been able to validate data consistency using customized automation and process development allowing for the population of over 27,000 sections across 3,000 buildings and 21 million square feet. He has been involved in ensuring data compliance as set forth by the Army SMS Manual through both a predetermined process and customized tools and process insights in order to take the system in place and make it more efficient, which led to the organization and validation of approximately 560 BRED files. Michael has worked with CERL to address any issues with BUILDER in order to cut down on discrepancies and issues with importing data and reporting. Christopher May Director of Engineering Christopher May In his role as Director of Engineering, Christopher is a seasoned engineer with vast experience in Comprehensive Condition Assessment, Construction Management and Quality Control. Christopher is considered a BUILDER and RPIE SME within the Government sector and provided QC oversight on collected data for over 5 million square feet and 40 individual projects of BUILDER sectioning, BUILDER work item remediation, and Real Property Inventory. He provides Program Management and Quality Control for our MEDCOM, BUMED, IMCOM, and NOAA BUILDER portfolios. Since joining GoldenWolf, Christopher has led engineering, construction management, and BUILDER SMS engagements in support of numerous clients. He manages a group of engineers and project management specialists in surveying and assessing facility systems and components across our Federal sector clients. Casey Murray Director of Business Intelligence Casey Murray As the Director of Business Intelligence for GoldenWolf, Casey uses his 24-plus years of experience in sales and operations management, business intelligence, and project management to lead a team of highly skilled analysts in technologically advancing our client’s capabilities and exceeding their goals. His insatiable desire to problem solve, coupled with his ability to anticipate customer needs and build lasting professional relationships, has assisted GoldenWolf in becoming a strategic planning leader in the industry. His analytical acumen continues to succinctly provide actionable insights that are achievable, and his can-do attitude is infectious. Heather Murray Director of Quality Assurance Heather Murray Heather Murray joined GoldenWolf in 2016 and currently serves as the Director of Quality Assurance. She is highly skilled in coordinating diverse teams and resources, streamlining operations, and maintaining schedules to ensure contract performance and deliverables. Heather has a diverse background, cultivated over 20+ years in the Facility Management arena supporting the Military Health System. She excels at adapting to changing environments, business requirements, and workplace personalities. Heather originally joined the company as a Program Manager for the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support – Facility Management (DMLSS-FM) and BUILDER Sustainment contract. She successfully ran the BUMED program for over three years distinguishing herself as an extremely organized and detail-oriented leader with a proactive and hard-working nature.
