Sabrina earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University, and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and her Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park. Her experience as a retired Civil Engineering Corps Officer in the U.S. Navy provides the robust experience and background needed to understand and provide solutions for our clients’ challenges.
Sabrina brings an unmatched analytical approach and effective strategic planning concepts to all GoldenWolf’s projects. She has continuously proven to be an invaluable asset to our clients and partners.
Ryan strives to lead by example and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. On active duty, Ryan served as a Surface Warfare Officer before transitioning to a civilian career in facilities asset management.
Ryan’s vision for GoldenWolf is a trusted advisor for their clients; assisting in real property portfolio strategy, management, and analytics. Ryan is distinguished by his ability to develop customized and effective solutions to complex asset management challenges.
He has been a leader and manager across a multitude of government programs including Product Manager of a $1.2 billion CBRN Installation Protection Program; Director of Construction Management for a $674 million recapitalization program; Director of Public Works for over $1 billion in facilities at the National Center for Energetics; and team lead supporting $250M/annum biological threat reduction program.
Steve’s analytical and problem-solving skills; operational expertise; and interpersonal, leadership and management abilities allow him to build the right team of people to deliver the right solutions to our clients at the right time.
A b2b marketing expert, Stephanie directs, creates, and executes on all initiatives related to the company’s digital and print footprint — including web presence, social media platforms, and key deliverables for both current and future clients alike.
Type A and a bit of an extrovert, she takes pride in her ability to understand people and build long-lasting business relationships, which positions her well as a key voice in the buildout of the company’s strategic endeavors. A graduate of Florida State University, Stephanie also leads the company’s nationwide community service programs and initiatives.
Stanley has an extensive background with 30 years of facility management supporting federal, state, city and commercial organizations. He has assisted these organization in identifying facility requirements and developing defensible budgets and strategic plans to justify funding to keep facilities operational. He has an extensive experience with BUILDER Sustainment Management System (SMS). He has implemented BUILDER at the federal and state level for over 75M SF of various types of facilities.
Stanley joined GoldenWolf as Program Manager for BUILDER Quality Assurance (QA) for the Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) and Project Manager for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) BUILDER data refresh. Both of these projects required his skill of scheduling resources and ensuring consistency across multiple contracts, personnel and installations.
As Director of IT, Joe oversees the GoldenWolf IT department in day-to-day maintenance and works with all internal departments to meet the IT needs and requirements. He works to implement IT projects per GoldenWolf’s organizational objectives.
He also manages multiple contracts for NOAA, consisting of BUILDER assessments and Fisheries Facility portfolio review where GoldenWolf is recommending various policies, procedures, analytics, dashboards, and a more efficient organization structure.
Chris also manages contracts with NAVFAC in which GoldenWolf is providing category management analysis of CNIC facilities services contracts to recommend more economical and efficient contract structures.
Previously, he was the DHA BUILDER liaison and BUILDER program manager responsible for assisting and coordinating the implementation of BUILDER across the three services Army, Air Force and Navy for 63M SF of healthcare and laboratory facilities.
Heather has a diverse background, cultivated over 20+ years in the Facility Management arena supporting the Military Health System. She excels at adapting to changing environments, business requirements, and workplace personalities.
Heather originally joined the company as a Program Manager for the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support – Facility Management (DMLSS-FM) and BUILDER Sustainment contract. She successfully ran the BUMED program for over three years distinguishing herself as an extremely organized and detail-oriented leader with a proactive and hard-working nature.
