Description:

The Mechanical SME will provide “cradle to grave” management of infrastructure repair and modernization projects to include but not limited to crafting measurable performance work statements (PWS), development of accurate current working estimates, collaboration and participation as a technical advisor in source selection boards, chairing project execution and kick- off meetings, attending weekly, transition and closeout meetings, serving as the Technical Representative, overseeing key factors and metrics (project scope, schedule, budget, cost, safety, resources, quality, risk management), performing Quality Assurance and Safety compliance visits, performing design and submittal reviews, inspecting for compliance and design compliance in the installation of infrastructure systems. The contractor shall provide sufficient personnel to cover all the following locations concurrently as primary duty stations: Multiple projects at multiple DoD Installation locations, to include OCONUS.

The Lead DHA Analytics and Finance Team Manager’s primary role is to organize and coordinate projects within programs assigned. The Team Manager’s role will directly report to the Program Manager.

Work Period:

Facilities Information Associate (Archibus) - COA

The Facilities Information Associate at GoldenWolf plays a pivotal role in supporting the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) by developing and maintaining processes, policies, and data standards for the National Marine Fisheries Services (NMFS) Archibus system. This role involves a blend of technical and strategic responsibilities to ensure the efficient use of facilities information systems.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Archibus system management, ensuring data integrity, and providing technical support for Java-based applications. Possessing analytical skills will be crucial as you extract, review, analyze, and validate data from Archibus to facilitate effective asset management. Golden Wolf, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in support of the Navy Northeast Health Clinics/Hall, operating under the Defense Health Agency (DHA).

Based at our headquarters in Annapolis, MD, this role is critical in managing and improving healthcare facilities that serve active military personnel, veterans, and their families across the Northeast United States, including sites in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

The selected candidate will oversee multiple concurrent projects involving facility construction, maintenance, repair, and medical equipment installation, directly contributing to the enhancement of healthcare delivery for the military community. This position requires close collaboration with DHA officials, clinic staff, and various contractors to coordinate and execute projects effectively.

By applying project management expertise, AutoCAD skills, and knowledge of healthcare facility standards, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving critical healthcare infrastructure, ensuring facilities meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Construction Scheduler

Full Time – Louisville, KY – Remote
GoldenWolf has a unique opportunity as a Construction Scheduler to work for the United States Corps of Engineers Louisville District to support various Department of Defense organizations in the management and execution of major construction initiatives. This position requires Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Earned Value analysis experience utilizing the Critical Path Method (CPM) in Oracle-Primavera software using specialized USACE and DoD software (P2, RMS, CEFMS, CWEFD) as well as basic off-the-shelf commercial computer systems (Primavera P6, Deltek Acumen Fuse, Microsoft Project, Business Objects, and MS Office applications).

Quality Assurance Representative

Full-time- Temporary (See Work Period below)

Location: Skamania County, WA:

The work site is located along access routes between the Windy Ridge Viewpoint Parking lot and Spirit Lake, in addition to work on the lake and at the tunnel intake structure, all within The Mount St Helens National Volcanic Monument.

As a Quality Assurance Representative for the USACE Vancouver Resident Office, you will provide technical services to monitor and verify the quality of work performed by a construction contractor for the Mount Saint Helens Spirit Lake Tunnel Intake project. The project’s objective is to replace the existing Spirit Lake tunnel intake gate with dual intake gates. The project work items include:

  • Constructing a temporary access route across the Pumice Plain from the Researcher Parking lot to the Staging Area, including appropriate stream crossings along the alignment.
  • Continuing the temporary road from the Staging Area to the Barge Loading Facility and constructing a Barge Loading Facility to allow for lake access.
  • Performing dredge operations at the headwall intake approach.
  • Installing a cofferdam and performing demolition/construction on the new headwall intake gate configuration with trash rack.
  • Restoring identified project areas and incidental related work related to those features.

As a QAR, you will be responsible for surveillance of construction projects and delivering findings to the USACE Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The Senior Quality Assurance Representative will provide full-time/temporary on-site support and oversight.
