BUILDER is a web-based application that helps engineers and managers take better control of their facilities by providing a comprehensive, regular assessment of all building assets and performance.

BUILDER Sustainment Management System is a tool used to monitor and forecast the condition of systems within a building to identify repairs or replacements. BUILDER replaces the traditional Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) model with a more streamlined cost-effective approach. Additionally, BUILDER contains a forecasting feature lacking in the traditional FCA.
