Construction Engineering Research Laboratory BUILDER Software Development

GoldenWolf completed demand, workload, and private-sector capacity analysis, identified geographic imperatives and growth trends, completed facility condition assessments, and sub-area development planning. In this project, the team conducted site visits and facility condition assessments to validate and augment BUILDER and DMLSS-FM data, solicit stakeholder visioning input, and develop consensus on market goals, constraints, and opportunities. Additionally, GoldenWolf defined salient characteristics, evaluated existing space/layouts, and identified future space requirements.

The GoldenWolf development team currently supports the Construction Engineering Research Lab (CERL) with development services to modernize legacy BUILDER SMS code. Additionally, the team is currently tasked with developing new features for the ESMS Web and Desktop portals. This includes but is not limited to bug fixes, major feature implementation, API modernization, legacy code conversion, and integration development between BUILDER SMS and ESMS.

Previously, the team completed work on converting the Functionality module in BUILDER SMS from the Microsoft Silverlight platform to the modern Angular JS framework.
