How did your career path lead you to GoldenWolf?
I already had my bachelor’s degree in construction management, At my previous job, I heard the senior project manager at Fort Stewart was coming to GoldenWolf through the grapevine, and this encouraged me to apply. I was looking for some change so it came at a great time.
What does the typical workday look like for you?
It involves going through data, sent through the DHA Realignment team, and then the quality control on it, polishing it up for the DHA.
What is your favorite aspect about your job?
Being able to work on teams with great comradery. No one in the team is afraid to ask questions.
What is the most challenging part of your job?
Quality assurance and quality control is very detail oriented and time consuming, and so it’s important to remain focused to provide a quality product to the client. This makes it all the more rewarding though.
What is one piece of advice you would give yourself starting in this role for the first time?
Do not be afraid to ask questions and lean on the expertise of those who have been here longer than you.
What is your favorite music artist?
Jack Johnson because he makes me feel like I am on vacation.
If you woke up on a Friday to find you had the day off, how would you spend the day?
If it was summer, I would head to the beach for the day. Otherwise, I would work in my garden of herbs and flowers.
