NOAA Fisheries BUILDER SMS

GoldenWolf provided service to conduct Facility Condition Assessment using BUILDER SMS protocols adapted to the specific requirements of NOAA. Efforts included reviewing existing real property information, Federal Real Property Profile (FRPP) inventory requirements and NOAA Real Property Board (RPB) validation methodology to confirm construction year, building type, per the International Building Code (IBC) and square footage.

Also, this effort included validating that existing as-built drawings and current floor plans are suitable to complete the task and reviewing construction history and repair activity for buildings, systems and equipment as well as identify planned and in-process renovations.
