Our corporate headquarters were a buzz, Small Business Week in Calvert County had tipped off, and GoldenWolf was getting a chance to tell our business story. An impressive entourage of local and state officials that included Maryland Commerce Secretary Kelly Schulz, Calvert County Board of Commissioners President Tim Hutchins, Director of Economic Development for Calvert County Kelly Robertson-Slagle, County Administrator Terry Shannon including other assorted VIPs stopped by for a visit.
An office tour and brief business overview turned into a fantastic opportunity for everyone to dig deep and understand what we all can do to make Calvert County a great place for business. Discussing the small business climate, collaborating on what GoldenWolf can offer our community and pinpointing the state and county programs already in place to help employers were just some of the talking points.
