How did your career path lead you to GoldenWolf?
Well, I’ve been working with BUILDER for 15 years, and knew Ryan and Sabrina from when she was still in the military. I taught some BUILDER classes with her while I was at another company. After I finished the contract we were working on, I felt like GoldenWolf was on a better path, especially when it comes to sustainment, and gave Ryan a call.
What does the typical workday look like for you?
Interfacing with quality assurance, along with A/E data review, while also being responsible for scheduling and coordinating between different sites. I’m working sometimes as far as a year out juggling between 436 different sites. Additionally, as I’m managing people, either interacting with HR or troubleshooting for the team comes up on my plate.
What is your favorite aspect about your job?
I love it all. The engineering aspect, interacting with people, and tackling the unique challenges thrown at us.
What is one piece of advice you would give yourself starting in this role for the first time?
This is the best job and best company; you made a good choice to work here.
What do you consider to be your greatest achievement so far at GoldenWolf?
It would definitely be getting the quality assurance contract. Our employee’s performance speaks for itself and getting the contract shows that companies want GoldenWolf.
What is the last book you have read?
The Colossus (Blood on the Stars book 12) by Jay Allan
If you woke up on a Friday to find you had the day off, how would you spend the day?
I’d start it playing some Call of Duty and World of Tanks, my two favorite games, and then I’d do some woodworking with my new router and tools.
