NOAA Deferred Maintenance & Repair (DMR) Project Support

GoldenWolf is providing support to NOAA to develop Deferred Maintenance & Repair (DMR) projects for NOAA by working with NOAA PPMD leadership, project managers, and Line Office facilities personnel. This includes review of BUILDER data across all NOAA sites and offices, prioritization of projects, development of statements of work, estimating construction costs, and providing justification.

This contract will also support NOAA facilities staff in planning and conducting Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) and ensuring findings from the FCAs are communicated to the Line Offices. Additionally, this contract will provide guidance in the refinement of NOAA policies and procedures for DMR projects and FCAs.
