NAVFAC Category Management and FSC Support Services

The goal of this project was to provide NAVFAC with category management analysis of CNIC facilities services contracts to make recommendations for best practices for standardization related to the procurement of FX functions. During the contract period, GoldenWolf was able to complete the analysis of the ground’s maintenance and custodial services contracts.

As part of the analysis, GoldenWolf provided contract dashboards, data call templates, Inventory templates and ELIN templates for the grounds and custodial services contracts. Our team met or exceeded all contractual requirements.
