GoldenWolf, a leading facilities management consultant, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kris Stoddard, PE as its new Chief Executive Officer. Kris has been with GoldenWolf since January 2024 and most recently served as Chief Operating Officer, where she played a pivotal role in shepherding the team past its graduation from the 8(a) program.
Kris is a dedicated leader with more than 25 years of experience in the industry. With a strong background in operations and strategic planning, she brings a history of emphasizing process improvement and effective leadership to develop staff and drive organizational maturity.

During her tenure as COO, Kris led the implementation of critical strategic initiatives directly following the firm’s graduation from the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) Business Development program. She bridged the gap between major strategic goals and daily execution. Under her leadership, GoldenWolf has solidified its operational readiness for full-and-open competition and streamlined internal processes to ensure sustained stability.
In the role of CEO, Kris will guide GoldenWolf’s long-term strategy for growth in the competitive market, oversee the senior leadership team, and champion the company’s culture and core values.

Kris Stoddard holds a Masters in Civil Engineering from University of Washington and a Masters in Public Administration from University of Oklahoma. Prior to joining GoldenWolf, she served in successive leadership capacities in the Navy as a CEC Officer and within the AEC industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge in federal contracting and program management.
