Job Duties: In her role, Rebecca ensures that GoldenWolf’s processes, products, services, and culture are consistently improving to achieve long-term success while utilizing four key quality management principles: Quality Planning, Quality Improvement, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance.

What made you choose to work at GoldenWolf?
It really ended up happening by accident. I was working at Fort Bragg and was approached by a BUILDER technician, as they thought I’d be a great fit for the team. The rest is history.
What does the typical workday look like for you?
Coming up with the process to improve practices, which takes lots of research, and then implementing those policy procedures. Additionally, I work alongside Director of Quality Heather Murray to improve quality and service.
What is your favorite aspect about your job?
I really enjoy working with Heather.
What is one piece of advice you would give yourself starting in this role for the first time?
Research is key and do not reinvent the wheel.
What is your favorite music album?
I love “White Pony” by Deftones – I danced for 17 years and developed a personal connection with music. This album moves me in a way that most music does not.
If you woke up on a Friday to find you had the day off, how would you spend the day?
I would spend it with my family, husband and daughter, and likely have a barbeque.
