How did your career path lead you to GoldenWolf?
After serving in the Navy for eight years, I graduated Ohio State University with a degree in electrical engineering. Working for General Motors, General Electric, and other automotive engineering jobs for 25 years, my most recent position prior to GoldenWolf was as a Toyota contract manager. With the economy starting to take a downturn, and not wanting to be laid off as a contractor, I saw an opportunity here at GoldenWolf. Funnily enough, the job title was for a BUILDER Programmer, and I thought it would be a computer programming gig, but in fact it was another engineering job right in my wheelhouse!

What does the typical workday look like for you?
Being close to the customer. Ensuring client satisfaction while keeping up to speed with the BUILDER program is primarily what I do. I manage just under 60 or so employees over two contracts so I end up having a lot of meetings every day.

What is your favorite aspect about your job?
When I travel and can meet on a site, face to face. I usually get to travel one week a month to sites and work more alongside my team while also helping our client’s facility managers more closely.

What is the last book you read?
“Unstoppable Prosperity” by Charles Payne

If you woke up on a Friday to find you had the day off, how would you spend the day?
Working on my house, whether that be carpentry, plumbing, or landscaping.
